Minnesota is known as the star of the north, but on March 21, 2005, it became known for the Red Lake Massacre. That was the day a 16-year-old killed his grandfather and grandfather’s girlfriend in their home. Then he drove to his high school and shot and killed seven more innocent people.

Is this how Red Lake wants to be remembered?
